They come in and take your towels while you are out of the room and do not replace them that day. Once when I asked for a clean towel in order to take a shower the lady got very sassy with me. I had to beg for clean towels on a daily basis. Young girl stranded in the middle of the night. Worst customer service, terrible phone customer service, no respect for other humans. They told me they refused to make it right! Worst experience ever. I called back days later to have them make it right per the company I booked with online. I spoke to the manager and the staff, both were unreasonable and blatantly rude. I called days inn corporate and was told they would call in 10 days and I called corporate Wyndham resorts corporate office and they won’t do anything. And had to spend hundreds more on a motel in the middle of the night. I got stranded in thE middle of the night across the country. Also there is nothing from my bank or any problems with the card. When I said “why didn’t you call me and tell me and I could have gave you another card” they said “we don’t have to do that”. They LIED and said my credit card was declined which was a lie, and there was no proof from my card company. I booked a month in advance, I showed up after my flight got in late. Dishonest business and horrific customer service. Spoke to the manager, who raised her voice to me, called back the next day to complain and the corporate office was told they wouldn’t do anything to make it right and were rude again. Had a booking online show up after my flight to find they sold the room out from under me!! I had confirmation code and everything. ![]() If the hotel management could keep up with those folks, might be a better hotel. There was a gentleman waiter at the restaurant who worked evenings.he was superb! The room cleaning staff was great. The manager of that bar and restaurant (boss lady), was very nice and helpful. ![]() ![]() The outside bar had just opened and staff was welcoming there. There are a few lounge chairs without rips to enjoy the nice pool deck area. Pros: Pool was too cold for entry but was decent. (We witnessed kids kicking the only salt and pepper shakers out for patrons). Waitresses working outside in morning were terrible and very inattentive. Room vent was black.AC has no individual control in room. Cons: Elevators didn’t work half the time. It’s old alright and pics you will see online are not reflective of your room. Pics I saw before booking seemed to indicate it was a classy, though older, hotel. I’m not sure how or why Wyndham would even associate their brand with this hotel.
